Found a Great Article, "Three Things I Did Not Learn In High School (But Wish I Did)"

I recently found an interesting article written by a local musician turned realtor in Hawaii, Jon Yamasato. In his article he talks about 3 things he wished he learned in high school: 1. Humans generally think in the "now," but need to plan for the future. 2. The rule of 72 3. How to set up a budget (knowing where your money goes). It's a great read.
